Global newspapers: Gazans trapped in ever-shrinking space

Global newspapers and websites focusing on the developments in the Gaza genocide highlighted the suffering of the people in Gaza amid the spread of polio and the siege imposed by the occupation army on civilians within an ever-shrinking area, as well as the issue of negotiations.

Time magazine reported that medical teams in Gaza are facing a new battle against polio, noting that the safety of children in Gaza depends on the immediate arrival of vaccines and the vaccination process.

According to the magazine, the environment is highly conducive to the rapid spread of the disease even with available vaccines, with overcrowding and ongoing displacement exacerbating the situation.

Similarly, the Wall Street Journal published a report stating that the war in Gaza is gradually tightening the noose around Palestinians, who are increasingly overcrowded in shrinking areas.

The Israeli occupation army has recently issued at least nine evacuation orders, leaving residents with no option but to search for new places, the report adds, noting that estimates indicate more than two million people are now trapped in an area of less than 15 square miles.
